BONUTRON INNOVATION

Pioneer in equine micronutrition for over 30 years , Audevard innovates by adapting its formulas to current rations and to the most recent scientific knowledge. The precision of the veterinary science was considered to offer an easy solution to counsel.
After 2 years of research and development, this work allows BONUTRON to stay with the insurance that rations are free of deficiency or excess in order to express the horse’s full potential.

To this day, most broodmares’ diets are based on pasture. Rations can also include hay (in variable amounts depending on the size of available pastures) and cereals, sometimes with a processed feed added. Additionally, sometimes the concentrate in the ration is completely made up of processed feed. Needs for cobalt, iron, and manganese are well covered by various rations, as is also the case for vitamin A after a portion of the β-carotene present in forages is converted. Other trace elements and vitamins, which essentially depend on the quality of forages consumed and of processed feed that may be added, are rarely present in high enough amounts to meet the mare's needs.

BONUTRON STUD G1-L6 is a dietary complement adapted to meet the needs of broodmares during gestation and lactation. BONUTRON STUD G1-L6 is specially enriched with calcium and vitamin D to support the foal’s healthy development. BONUTRON STUD G1-L6 can also be given to nursing foals (up to the age of 6 months). Keep a salt block handy.

Our advice

Using BONUTRON STUD G1-L6 is particularly recommended at the end of gestation (from the 9th to the 11th month) because this is the period with the greatest amount of foetal development. BONUTRON STUD G1-L6 is also used throughout lactation.
